Welcome to EduPathway. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the EduPathway mobile app, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by CyberEdge Plus (“EduPathway,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must use the Services with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Services Provided
EduPathway provides educational planning tools and guidance, which may include:
– school and university discovery
– scholarship discovery
– career planning tools
– application tracking
– AI-powered counseling or recommendation features
The Services are provided for informational and educational purposes only and do not guarantee admission, scholarships, employment, or specific academic outcomes.
3. No Professional Advice
EduPathway does not provide legal, financial, medical, psychological, or licensed educational counseling advice. Any recommendations, guidance, or AI-generated responses are general in nature and should not be treated as professional advice.
You are responsible for independently verifying important information such as admissions requirements, scholarship deadlines, fees, and eligibility criteria.
4. User Accounts
You may need to create an account to access certain features. You agree to:
– provide accurate and complete information
– keep your login credentials secure
– notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account
– be responsible for activity that occurs under your account
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
– use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
– misuse, disrupt, or interfere with the Services
– attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts
– scrape, copy, or exploit the Services without permission
– upload or share content that is abusive, infringing, deceptive, or otherwise unlawful
– use automated tools to access the Services in a way that harms performance or availability
6. User Content
If you submit information, messages, profile details, or other content through the Services (“User Content”), you retain ownership of your User Content.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, use, process, store, and display your User Content solely as needed to operate, improve, and provide the Services.
You are responsible for the content you submit and confirm that you have the right to provide it.
7. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features may require a paid subscription (“Premium”). If you purchase a subscription:
– payment will be charged through the app store linked to your device account
– subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
– pricing, billing periods, and included features will be shown before purchase
– you can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once charged. Refund requests, if available, are handled by the app store through which you made the purchase.
8. Free Trials and Promotional Offers
We may offer free trials, discounts, or promotional access from time to time. If a free trial converts to a paid subscription, you will be charged according to the terms shown at sign-up unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Eligibility for trial or promotional offers may be determined by the app store, our systems, or both.
9. Intellectual Property
The Services, including the app, design, branding, text, graphics, software, and other content provided by EduPathway, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Services except as allowed by law or with our written permission.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, tools, institutions, scholarship providers, or external services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, services, policies, or practices.
Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.
11. AI Features
EduPathway may include AI-powered features that generate suggestions, summaries, or recommendations. AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not suitable for your specific situation.
You should use independent judgment and verify important information before acting on any AI-generated content.
12. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if:
– you violate these Terms
– we believe your use creates risk or harm
– we are required to do so by law
– we discontinue the Services
You may stop using the Services at any time. You may also request account deletion where available.
14. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.
We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any content or recommendation will be accurate or reliable.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EduPathway, CyberEdge Plus, and their affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, opportunities, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EduPathway, CyberEdge Plus, and their affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of:
– your use of the Services
– your User Content
– your violation of these Terms
– your violation of any law or third-party right
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the app, website, or other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CyberEdgePlus Consulting Inc. operates, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
